In most designs in the world the outlet chamber is open to atmosphere and biogas formed in this outlet chamber is directly leaving in the atmosphere. The multiple feed Kala Shah Kaku Plant is a medium size, semi continuous biogas plant. The digester is fixed dome type but the additional recovery of the biogas has been made from outlet chamber through the recovery drum. This is made to avoid global warming and greenhouse gases emissions causing global warming. It may be observed that CH4 GWP is 21 times higher than CO2. In this novel designed plant Methane is completely recovered. Accordingly the plant is named as HYBRID BIOGAS PLANT.
